nina D. cleveland, ohio February 15, 2022 "I am VERY pleased with the SECOND technician sent out to the home the following day, senior tech Andy was very thorough in his assessment to determine that our problem was a gas leak and informed us of it's urgency to have the gas company make repairs asap; and for this I'd give him a 10 rating; however, overall the reasoning for the 5 rating was based upon the TOTAL episodic event. The first technician who came out was very courtious however a bit inexperienced, that in itself was not my reason for discontent; I was sent an invoice for $177 for a filter change and service call which also included an explanation of his assessment "I feel like this should be reassessed by a more experienced tech ASAP" Insult to injury!! Here is where I became concerned, Cleveland's temperatures continuedto drop and the thermostat clearly known to hold only at 62 degrees; at no time was I ever contacted by your company in response to sending a senior tech out to reassess the new findings that were clearly documented as urgent by one of your own techs. I made several calls inquiring and explaining the current status of our non-functioning 1 year old heater; which at this point had fallen on death ears! After checking my records, I was able to contact Jim, the senior tech who actually installed the furnace. Thank goodness for Jim and his quick actions to have Andy dispatched within 2 hours of our conversation. Had not for his prompt response, this could have ended tragically for several persons involved. I trust that you will make this right. Jim gave me following calls to inform me of the findings, as did Andy. I am told that Alonzo was relatively new in his position and perhaps a simple protocol should be implemented to not ONLY document these urgent findings, but to give upper management a phone call, despite the weekend , on-call shift staus. No matter how many "I'm sorry to hear you're having problems but all I can do is to notify the ofc ..." responses from your customers service reps, this puts your company in a very bad light. Would like to see that your newer employees receive more input on brainstorming these type of call by your more seasoned and valued technicians."

They're very disorganized, no communication between reps and repair men. The repairman left my old furnace filter that needed to be changed on my basement floor to my chagrin when I went into my basement later on , didn't carry petty cash so he kept my change.stood in my back yard staring at me waiting for me to pay while he held my paper receipt hostage until I paid. Maybe it was a barrier because of our cultural difference but with that being said Good Luck!!"

Unfortunately the fix only lasted 3 hours and we had to wait until the morning for another tech to respond. It took 9 hours to fix the problem and $650.00. The next day we received a call re. annual servicing to be done. The scheduler was pretty persistent, even after I explained we had a tech out twice on 2 consecutive days. So on Monday they sent Ian out for the third time! Over the weekend a rattling started of the parts installed. By the 3rd visit we were pretty much done with lengthy service calls and opted to wait until the spring for the problem to be rectified-our choice, not Ians."

It took too long to heat up & once it did heat up, water cooled down fast. She also notice a leak in an over head pipe. She came back couple days later to repair the leak & make some adjustments to the tank. The water is hotter & stays hotter a little longer now. The hot water still takes longer than our old tank to heat up but the adjustments she made is an improvement."
