"The HVAC problem caused water leaking that soaked the carpet. Unfortunately the company did not give the technician a wet vac to suck up the water. Now the carpet smells moldly. They had to come twice to fix the problem and neither time did they have a wet vac. It was a brand new HVAC unit and started leaking within a week. I bought the service plan so I will to using the service at least for the duration of that contract."

"the tech told us we had a leak and our system was too old to salvage. Argued with me over te trip fee when i was told by the office there was not one if i renewed membership. Brought in Justin to quote a new system ranging from 5100 to 10000 .......brought in another company and there is NO LEAK! THe system is fine and simply needed cleaned from the cottonwood etc and serviced. when we are ready for a new system--they quoted 3400 on the SAME system you did and all work included. SHAME ON YOU for not addressing the issue and trying to upsell us! CANCEL MEMBERSHIP! I left a message at your office and was assured check would be shredded."

"I very specifically told the scheduler to make sure that the tech brought filters for our system, but the tech never got that information. Fortunately, it turns out I still had some that I didn't know about. Aside from that, Derek did great and was very professional. On a side note, I find it annoying that in all of your communications you call yourself SE. It took be a couple of minutes to figure out who was asking me to fill out a survey on their service. You shouldn't expect someone who deals with you maybe twice a year to just know that SE stands for Service Experts."

I was told he was on his way 30 minutes prior to that. I told him not to come. I called the office, again, and asked to speak to a manager. I was told the manager was not there. I asked for them to have the manager call me as soon as possible. I'm still waiting for that call."

No many professions earn $377 per hour. Through your company, I purchased a furnace and AC, water heater, disposal and service contract. "I had called you guys originally because google had recommended you however your first service technician came out and set up the thermostat and I had air when I was supposed to have heat. I had to take the whole thing apart and put my original thermostat back up as it was supposed to be cold the next day. I called your customer service number and was basically told it was my fault and I would charged another fee. I called back and set up a appointment for you to come out the following day pretty much had to do everything myself figured out where the issue was in the wiring was in the initial setup and fix it myself. "1st tech miss diagnosed my furnace, which I had to call another tech out hours later and I found out that I had a cracked heater core which could be leaking deadly carbon monoxide. After that I needed a new furnace so they sent a salesman out and gave me the most ridiculous quote ever!!! $8195 or $126 a month for 10 years!! The furnace retails for $6500, you have to be kidding me. Trying to scam people!! I called another company and they took care of me like a guest and not prey. You should look at your pricing and consider trying to compete in a professional manner. What a joke!"

"My furnace was serviced on November 25 by Dustin, and he recommended I replace the capacitor. I called the first week of January to schedule the capacitor replacement... Dwayne came out and was very nice, but he did ANOTHER tuneup! And he said everything was fine. Alex - the manager calls the night before to reschedule my appointment because you all screwed up. I took the morning off work to be here (not easy). On top of that, the crew shows up hours late. A National company of "Service Experts" that makes me laugh. I have gotten better service from a mom and pop HVAC company working out of their garage. Very disappointed. I didn't even a copy of the receipt (work order) for my records to prove work was done this year. I called for it, I didn't get a return call or email. I'm so glad I didn't buy a new Lennox unit from you guys. I'm pretty sure no one is going to read these comments and take accountability."

We reluctantly paid him the $100 service charge to come to our house. He said another tech would be in touch to try and figure out what the problem was, but we never heard from anyone. Today, 10/9, another company came out and quickly discovered that the only thing needed was a sensor reset. The problem was quickly resolved and our furnace is now working just fine. Very disappointed in my experience with Service Experts."
